This is the closest part of the Grand Canyon to Las Vegas and is owned and occupied by by Hualapai Indians. This is the tail end of the canyon and considerably smaller. Helicopters make the journey in 45 minutes and are permitted to land at the bottom. Picnics can be experienced at the bottom of the canyon as well as a brief 20 minute pontoon boat ride on the Colorado river. Great for corporate group events or romancing your partner.
